Visitors can get a free library card at the Walkerton or Cargill branches of the Bruce County Public Library, which allows them to borrow books, DVDs, fishing rods and tackle, STEM technology and sports kits, subject to availability. Cardholders can also get a free pass to the Bruce County Museum and Cultural Centre in Kincardine.

The library offers free Wifi and use of public computers during regular hours. Visitors may also participate in programs such as Story Time, Summer Reading Club and March Break activities! Visit library.brucecounty.on.ca to learn more about the services provided.

The Walkerton Library features the work of local artists and holds a juried art show each spring.
